We are looking forward to a fabulous afternoon talk with Jane Arthur who is an artist working in mixed media, collage and textiles. She works with layers- fabric, paint and stitch to create a sense of place, memory or moment in time.
We still have one place left with Amanda Clayton who will be tutoring a three day workshop "A Little Book of Leaves", exploring hand stitch using the simplicity of leaves as imagery/inspiration. A simple folded book will be produced that exploits the transparent qualities of the cloth used. This 3-day workshop will cost £175(inclusive of kit).
